os lo ponemos tal cual se dió la noticia ayer mismo y ya sonaba desde hace días:
Yesterday afternoon (local time) several DXers reported Kosovo – Z6 had been added to LoTW as a separate DXCC Entity. As of press time it has not been added to the official DXCC list (http://www.arrl.org/files/file/DXCC/2017%20DXCC%20Current%202.pdf).
In fact, the ARRL has not publicly reported the DXCC rule change nor announced the addition of Kosovo. The change to the DXCC rules were approved this past weekend at the BOD meeting. Despite an official release here are the details DXers will want to add to their logging software to recognize this new one.
Country – Republic of Kosovo
Prefix – Z6
Start date (not official yet) – January 21, 2018
1 hour a head of UTC
CQ Zone – 15
ITU Zone – 28
Continent – Europe
Longitude – 21.17 East
Latitude – 42.67 North
ADIF Entity – 522
So, if you worked Kosovo prior to this weekend I would highly recommend you work any of the current Z6 stations, as any previous QSOs are not going to count – for anything!
