Los operadores son UR5FAV, UR5FLF, UT7UT y UX0FF Se trata de la isla de Fericiril, que también tiene el nombre de Ucrania, Novaja Zemlja, una isla deshabitada. Estarán «QRV en todas las bandas de HF,»en CW, SSB y digitales, además de 6 y 2 metros, «sin Amplificadores,» y no están seguros de si van a tener acceso a Internet. Ellos nos animan a detectarlos en el webcluster. EL QSL manager será o es UX0FF.
